Terms and Conditions for Lift India

1. Introduction
Welcome to Lift India. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and mobile application, through which we provide AutoCAD drawings of elevators. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. User Registration and Account Security
- Users can create an account without an age limit.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer or device.
- Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
3. Subscription Details
- Subscriptions are offered on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis.
- Each subscription includes a limit on the number of drawings that can be generated. Once this limit is reached, users must purchase a new subscription.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Cancellation of a subscription will only be effective at the end of the current subscription period.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via UPI, credit card, debit card, and net banking.
- In the event of payment failure or dispute, the issue will be addressed with the payment gateway provider.
5. Refund Policy
- All payments made to Lift India are final and non-refundable. In case the drawing provided based on the information given is complete incorrect and cannot be used by the user, in such case only user will be eligible for a refund if he provides proof of the technical errors in the drawings. User will have to apply for a refund within 15 days of the drawing generation and should not have used the drawing for completion of his work.
6. Content Usage
- Clients are free to use the drawings for any purpose, including commercial use and redistribution.
7. User Conduct
- Users may only interact with the app through the submission of forms for the generation of drawings.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
- The drawings are generated based on user-provided information and should be used as a reference only.
- Lift India is not liable for any inaccuracies or liabilities arising from the use of the drawings.
9. Termination of Use
- A subscription may be terminated upon non-renewal or after reaching the drawing generation limit.
- Lift India reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to the service at its discretion.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Surat, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Updates to Terms and Conditions
- Users will be notified of any changes to these terms via email and app notification.
